Message: Brydges - I am sorry you were not happy with the service from our company. I have looked into your order and the delay was down to the postal service not us. I do not think 10 days is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an order. If you are not happy with your items I would like to refer you to our returns policy.
Nicki - Granted the delay on your order was down to our company and I am sorry for the delay although it is well within the 30 days limit that is lined out in our terms and conditions. We have not recieved any emails from you, if we had they would have been responded to as this is an internet company. We do have a telephone line but again the website states quite clearly that the telephones are not staffed.
Louise - A pleasure as usual, I hope your son looks the part in his school band now with his new plectrum! He needs to stop giving them away to girls. haha

Message: The plectrum which i ordered was late and scratched when it did arrive. No answers to my emails, calls, answerphone messages or comments which I left in the guest book even! What is going on? I don't know what to think when reading the comments other people have left. Not at all the experience I have had with this company. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Message: I would just like to warn anyone who is considering buying a gift from Maranita NOT TO. I ordered a pendant for a birthday present and it took 3 weeks to arrive, (so missed the birthday), looked terrible when it did arrive and not once has anyone answered my 5 EMAILS, or numerous phone calls (and there is no answer service). Discusting service. Don't bother.

You paid via paypal with an E-Cheque. An E-Cheque takes between 10-15 days to clear. Your cheque cleared after 20 days and then your items were posted. The postal address is in Germany and I am sure you will appreciate the time of year things are probably slower than usual. Maranita has no control over the German mail delivery system im afraid. We will try and track your order and if we have no joy we will re send your items out to you.
