Message: My girlfriend wanted to buy me a pick pendant for xmas, but sadly your website does not accept her card. She then took the decision to buy one from another website, and it is horrible! Not only was the pendant incomplete, but it is not the regular pick shape that was ordered, it is a nasty looking one with a jagged edge on it...
We will definately be looking to get a refund and buy one from you, as I have a VISA!
